The Winchester Downtown
Program Corporation (WDPC) is a non-profit Corporation whose
sole purpose is the recruitment and retention of an optimal
mix of small business in the Winchester downtown district,
so as to support the city of Winchester, the surrounding
municipalities, and Franklin County as a whole. In this
effort, we have recruited business owners and friends of
Winchester to be members of the WDPC Events Committee. The
Events Committee hosts various community functions designed
to be “friend” raisers for Winchester. Each year the Events
Committee uses the funds generated through our “friend”
raiser events to host a Free Fall Festival named A Taste of
Autumn, Fall Festival. This Festival is held annually the
third Saturday in October.

Are Looking for Vendors or Participants for our:
Event Name: A Taste of Autumn, Fall
Festival
Date: October 15th
Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Here are some suggestions for vendors
and participants:
- Bake Sale.
- Face Painting for the Children.
- We need Food Vendors: suggestions
might be; hot dogs, corn on cob, pop corn, donuts, soft
drinks, coffee, ice cream, candy sales and we are open
for suggestions.
There is NO CHARGE for vendor set-up.
We DO require advance registration.
You will have to bring your own tent, tables,
cords, chairs or whatever you may need to put on your event.
There will be limited space available with power. If you
need utilities to stage your area please let me know ahead
of time so that I can put you near the source.
